Hit Da Floor Line Dancers (HDF)
OUR MISSION:
Line Dancing is designed to have fun. It is a form of therapy through physical and mental expression. While dancing as a group, we experience joy, communication and growth.
Hit Da Floor Line Dancers (HDF) was founded in January 2020 by yours truly, Moka, your dedicated instructor.
In March 2020, the world was shaken by the devastating COVID-19 pandemic. Like many others, our organization was forced to pause as the world shut down. By July 2021, with renewed energy and a revived vision, I decided to reset, restart and reintroduce HDF to the community. After heartfelt conversations with people from various backgrounds, it was clear the desire for connection, joy and movement was stronger than ever.
My Vision:
To bring something new, exciting and inclusive to the community through line dancing. To promote diversity and foster unity using line dancing as a joyful bridge that connects people from all walks of life.
HDF has continued to grow steadily, and we’re committed to sharing the love and passion of line dancing with anyone seeking a joyful, expressive outlet. Whether you’re dancing for fun, fitness, or fellowship you belong on the floor with us!
Together, we aim to lift our communities through the power of dance spreading peace, love, joy, and unity wherever we go.
Donations Welcome:
Your support helps keep HDF alive and thriving. Donations are always welcomed and appreciated to help fund our community activities, events and outreach.
Thank you for being part of the movement.
With love, rhythm, and unity,
Moka
